Frequently Asked Questions

Is this personal training or an online program?

The Fit 4 Life Ladies Coaching program is unique in that it is an online coaching program. Many people are still stuck in the mindset that they need a Personal Trainer in person, which often means that there is a strong barrier to getting started (trying to put aside a couple of hours a week of training, trying to sync up schedules with the trainer, logistics of travelling to the gym, etc).

We've been running this program since 2020 fully online, which means that we can provide 24/7 accountability to help you stay on track, especially outside of the gym. After all, we all know that the real progress is made outside of the exercise sessions (in nutrition and lifestyle habits).

So far we’ve had clients both locally (Singapore) and internationally (Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, UK, Canada, America, Japan, Australia).

That being said, we do have Fit 4 Life approved PT partners that we will refer you to should in-person training sessions be needed.

How much do your programs cost?

This 24 week coaching program is purely online and comes in 2 support levels - Foundation and Premium.

The Foundation program is SGD2,000, and the Premium program is SGD2,800.

To help with cash flow, we offer instalment options of -3, -6, -9, -12 months as well, which is available via Atome.

We customise each program according to the client, so it's important to book in a FREE 15 min Consultation where we can better assess your situation and recommend a proposed plan of action.

If you need in-person training, then we have our Fit 4 Life PT partners to help assist with that as well, at additional cost.

Where are gym sessions located?

IF you need in-person training, they will be conducted at Core Collective at Anson Road in Singapore.

Do I need a gym membership or certain equipment?

No, this isn’t necessary for you to make progress. We will tailor the training program according to both your fitness level and your equipment availability at home.

The important thing is we will teach you how to exercise so that you know exactly how they should be performed for most effective results. In fact, many of our clients have had great success with simple bodyweight exercises working out at home!

Who usually joins your program?

We often get women who:

> Used to exercise but haven’t done so in a while and want to get their routine back

How often do I need to exercise?

How often you exercise will depend largely on your specific goals, schedule, fitness level and most importantly, your recovery abilities (how much sleep you’re getting, what your stress levels are like, etc). Many of the ladies often do 1 in-person session with us, followed by 2 to 3 shorter 15 to 30 min workouts on their own at home.

For those that choose to go completely online, they often start out with four 15-20 min workouts in the week and build up from there.

Do I need to be super disciplined?

No. Despite what you might believe, discipline is not something you just have, but it’s actually something that you develop along the way from your consistent habits.

With our Habit-based coaching approach, you automatically build up discipline because we help you figure out what are the small, easy & simple habits focus on week to week!

I'm afraid that I might fail or give up half-way. What happens then?

If you've tried many times in the past to lose weight, but always ended up rebounding, it's normal to feel some fear when trying again. After all, humans are wired to try and avoid failure.

The reality is that failure and making mistakes IS a part of the journey, and the only difference between those that succeed and those that don't is the choice made AFTER one experiences failure.

In the Fit 4 Life coaching program, as long as you communicate how you feel and what struggles you are facing, we will be able to help you work around it.

Of course, there is a minimum amount of effort that you will need to put in, because if you don't change, nothing will change.

With our Fit 4 Life coaching approach, we will be guiding you each step along the way to help you figure out what's the best way to tackle the disruptions that you may be facing, so you will always have control over your actions to keep moving towards your goal.

What if it doesn't work for me?

We pride ourselves on client results and we're extremely confident in our ability to deliver on our promise, which is why we have a money back guarantee.

If you follow your plan to the letter, and you don't at lose at least 1.5kg or 1.5cm off your waist in the first 4 weeks, we'll refund your investment in full, and we'll also give you $100 as an apology for wasting your time.
